Can I move out at 17 in Texas?

I am 16 will be 17 in about 5 months. I live in Texas. I want to move in with my boyfriend but my mom won’t let me. Can I Move in with him when I turn 17?

oh my god I am in the same problem. I will be 17 on 2 months and my boyfriend wants me to move in with him and he is 21. so I don’t know what to do.!!!

First of all, how long have you been dating this guy? For years id say sure, go live with him…but if its anything less than a year then no.

You are 16 (turning 17) and you will change over the next few years…everybody changes. You don’t know anybody until you have been with them for a LONG time. Living with a bf at that age is pretty much asking to get pregnant. No offense, but im 21 and i still remember how teens think..i was one not too long ago
