Can i lose weight in the sauna?

Can i lose weight in the sauna? I’m thinking about joining a gym, and I think if I sit in the sauna instead of working out, I might be able to still lose weight. Am I right?

Well… To lose weight you need to burn more calories then you’re taking in, and that doesn’t just mean you can sit around and sweat evetrything out. You also need the workout to tone muscles, and to build muscles and yes, to burn fat as well. The best diet is to simply eat fairly healthy, one portion per serving per meal (3 meals a day, a normal serving, don’t eat enough for 2 16 year old boys), walk 30 minutes a day at a fairly brisk pace, then you could do another 30 min in the sauna.
