I really need some one to give me ideas on what foods I should eat and what kind things I should do to loose lot of weight by this coming June or July. I am 15 years old im 5"1 and 136 pounds. I am so committed to do whale I need to do! I have a treadmil I have a ab lounge and a pull up bar thing I need work on my arms my legs and my TUMMY! can any one help or make a list or give me some in put anything please.. thank you so much
well use all tha equipment eat fruits and vegies and cut back on tha junk food
