How to calm down when having scary thoughts?

Im 13 years old and im really scared of doctors and i asked a question on here about doctors few minutes ago and scary thoughts are in my mind about doctors since i asked the question and now im panic-ing and almost crying. Please give me some tips about how i can get me to calm down…

Doctors aren’t here to hurt you, its the complete opposite. Just try and breath deeply, talk to them and stop thinking so hard about it! seriously the more you worry then the more scary thoughts you will get.

Just know that doctors are meant to help you out. When you feel anxious, breathe deeply through your diaphragm, which is under your ribs. Breathe through your nose then out your mouth deeply.

you try remembering that worry gets you nothing. that the power of your own mind can do anything for you. it can raise your blood pressure if you wish and clear your thoughts. make you cold it’s all in your mind to feel good think you feel good. it’s all about perspective your life we be as good as you wish to perceive it to be.

here what help me stop thing about the fear and think about something that make you happy and when really need to snap out of it give your self a pinch on your are or legs this help me all the time
