When buying a condo what does "HOA Dues: Fees" mean?

So it’s an association that takes care of things around your home. You’ll have to ask what exactly they do, but guard services, garden services (sweeping, snow-blowing…), repair of parts of the house that do not belong to any certain condo (roof, heating system, canalization) are usually organized by your HOA.
I don’t know about the fees. Does it say “monthly cost” or something before that? 165 per year would seem very cheap.
Those are fees you pay the homeowners association. And they are likely per month, NOT per year.
