Burnt neck

I was lying on my back lighting a smoke and I accidently dropped the lighter. The hot metal decided to scortch my neck and now it looks like I have a permanent hicky on my neck. Is there any way to quicken the healing process of burns? Will that be there forever?

one time I dropped the curling iron on my boob. I had to go to the doctor. it was horrible. but they told me to get this stuff so it wouldnt scar. it’s called aquaphor. you can get it at walmart.
