How can I brush the back of my tongue without gagging?

What I do is stick my tongue out as far as possible and slowly but the brush on the spot than slowly brush Be careful though u don’t want to choke :)))

or use the liquid you wash your mouth with , it helps !

what i do is i stick my tongue out as far as i can..and i sorta hold my breathe while i brush it lol..for some reason it feels like it gags me more if i breathe in while the toothbrush is back there..its weird i know..but it works for me..lol..

I have a strong gag reflex so it is impossible for me.

I use a tongue scraper rather than a brush which makes it a little easier to reach the back on my tongue.

brush it slowly and stop when you feel like you’re about to gag. choose a soft-bristled brush because it irritates the tongue less. also, there are some toothbrushes that have a small, raised rubber bristles at the back of the tooth brush head, specifically for tongue cleaning.
