Blisters from Rollerblading?

For the past two days I’ve been Rollerblading an hour a day because I didn’t want to take advantage of the warm weather. Now I’ve got blisters all from my Ankle, to the side of my leg. How can I heal them faster so I can get back out, and why did this happen to begin with? Please Help! Will Vitamin C or something like that help?

thick socks is a definit must for rollerblading!! especially if they are new and you haven’t broke into them yet!! second - make sure they are placed and worn on tightly…or else they’ll wiggle against your legs and leave blister and cuts!! - OUCH!!

as for healing the blisters…I dunno but I use badages, and once they’ve dried up…I use lotion!!

I like to go out for at keast an hour, and I can’t enjoy it if the blades are rubbing against my skin. It’s agony. Thanks Odal. I have been, but I think the problem is that the skates are too big. It’s definitely part of the problem.

Answer #3

The blisters are caused by the rollerblades rubbing against your skin while you’re moving. I don’t know how to treat the problem, but you should be wearing socks if you’re not already as prevention.

Answer #4

Well, maybe you can try thicker socks or another pair over the first pair of socks; that should fill up more room in your rollerblades.
