What can a Blackberry do that a regular cell phone can't do?

I was wondering what you could do with a blackberyy that you cant do with a phone

When it works - it crashes about every 6 months - it’s pretty much a decent cell phone. email, web, text messaging, and voice. I’m an acknowledged gadget freak and I can’t see the point of a blackberry.
