Why do I have a black eye if I haven't been hit?

OK I notice about three days ago my eye was hurting like if i had been hit. Flaw in that is i have not been hit in the face and poked me eye at all. I had surgery like 1 year and 6 months ago on my eyes, and i looked up the symptoms for that and it said Cellulitis. I have a dark ring under the eye which hurts, my eyes are red and I had like a bite on my ankle which I got in a cow field by something, I have a temp. Of 99 not bad… but my normal body temp runs lower then everyone else. Please tell me what you think.
