im balck and mexican and im emo/punk and I’ve noticed that there are very few of us.why is that?

because the emo culture isnt spread as much in countries where there are people of color (if that sounds rude im sorry I couldnt think of anyway to really put it) emo is more of a western thing…

There’s really no way to explain it I don’t think. You are who you are… skin color doesn’t really matter I don’t think. Don’t take offence to this but I haven’t really seen many black/mexican people like that either… usually it’s just us white people. But like I said, don’t change yourself just because there aren’t many people like you of the same skin tone… that has nothing to do with it. If your happy with the way you are, that’s all that matters.

It’s because we hop on rap which is bad and honetly im like you except im a skater trying to get emo hair, mmm gonna take awhile to grow that fro… how disappointing D: well yeah I feel you but most people are posers or gangsters.
