Best friend chose somebody else over me to invite somewhere
My Best friend since 5th grade is going up to her lake house this week and she invited this other girl over me and I dont know why its bothering me. I know I shouldnt let it because its not a big deal, so she invited somebody else, so what? but it just feels weird. and I just can’t think of whats wrong with me that I wouldn’t be her first pick since we’ve been friends for so long…
best friends are awesome to be with 24/7 but its fun to get to know and hang out with other people too! do the same and get to know your other friends better!
maybe she wants to get to know her other friend more.. when you see someone a lot, you get sorta tired and not as excited as when you see someone you havent in a loong time separation makes you love more
Ask her to gosomewhere when she gets back and tell her about it.
Since you’re her best friend, simply ask her - ‘bests’ should be able to ask/talk about anything…Take care !!
