Bbq healthy/food ideas

Having a bbq tmw and want to make it really good.

Any ideads on healthy bbq food or just any ideas on any bbq food :)

Stuffed peppers. Fill them with anything that takes your fancy. I find there quite nice with stuffing and cous cous. Fill them, put them on the bbq for aprox 15 mins or until they are soft. You could also add a sprinkle of cheese mid way through so it melts.

Baked chips,dried fruit,flavored water.
