a meat thermometer would help with your cooking. I find it an indispensible tool for cooking- when you are in doubt if something is done or not- slide the thermometer into the meat and let it get a reading, I believe chicken has to be above 165* to be done.

Depends on how big they are - generally 10 minutes each side.

If you want to make them cook quicker and stay juicy, poach them first until they are almost cooked through.

Bout 20 minutes on each side. It seeks like a long time but it will make them taste delicious. Trust me on this I used to work at a place where I had to make them
