in Denmark or some europeian or scandanavian countris after their sauna they jump into a hole they made in the ice. just the dont go in there for 2 long, i thik less than 5 min.
for u just go inot a sauna and then go jump in a pool or river or some ehrtr cold
Well it's really hard to get dirt and grease off your body in cold water. You may save on your hot water bill, but it doesn't get all those germs off your body that need to come off. Thats y they always say to wash ur hands with warm water.
You can end up your life even in 5 degree C . It's near freezing point. Your skin will get fresh with normal cold water around 20 degree c . If you try with 5 degree C you may have high fever or other illness . My suggestion , don't try it
That can give you a serious hypothermia. Your heart can stop and you can go into shock. 5 degrees C is just a tiny bit over freezing water.
If you wanna try I suggest you have someone there with you
I do not think it is a good idea. Our body is not prepared to deal with such cold water touching directly our skin.
