What should I know about ball pythons before I get one tomorrow ?

-_- it pressed enter itself before I could type more. I know I need a water dish, a hide, the food, & a heating lamp or pad, but I wanna know if theres anything else, just to be safe.

Make sure your tank is big enough to accomodate it as it grows, you need heat lamp and bulbs, a nice sized dish for water, if the power goes out at your house and it gets cold, you NEED heat pads you can get in any camping store. Frozen rats, reptile spray.
