Are you meant to wear your bra to bed?

I ALWAYS WEAR A BRA TO BED, BUT ITS UP TO YOU IF YOU WANT TO IF YOU WANT TO WEAR A BRA BECAUSE ITS YOUR LIFE AND YOUR BREASTS. IT DOESN’T HURT YOUR BREASTS IF YOU WEAR THEM THOUGH, SO YOU CAN WEAR THEM IF YOU WANT, HOPE I HELPED!!!

I have since I first started wearing them. same with my friends. I guess that’s why I’m so used to them. my mom never did and she still hates to wear them. :)

pixiedixie is right. you’re supposed to take it off at night. your bobbies do need a break., I’ve been told that it stunts your boob growth if you don’t “let it out” at night. I know it sounds funny but it’s true,a and it’s just not good for your circulation..if you really like wearing it, or have rather large breasts, buy one of those built in bra pajama tops. or a sports top. but make sure it’s not TOO tight and you are comfortable

I wear my bathing suit top to bed because its more comfortable than a bra and I need some support when I sleep!!(;

doctors say its better to remove when you sleep soo they can take a break and they will grow faster soo I always remove them before I sleep

I tink you shudnt wear a bra to bed. let your breasts breathe. its proven that people who wear bra more often are more likely to get breast cancer. so just let them loose at night. I used to wear bra when I sleep last time but now I just take them off. sometimes I even go a few days witout wearing a bra for a whole day, you shud try it.start trying being bra-less at home.d feeling’s great.

your supposed to let your boobies take a break at night.. so its really up to you I dont wear mine because I want to feel comfortable and I know my boobs do too

Although I do find wearing bras to sleep pretty strange, not to mention uncomfortable.
