Will my boobs get bigger or smaller if I were a bra to bed

as far as I know t doesnt affect them in size but my girlfrend here bside me felt the need to say shes has heard it can affect your back to what degree shes not sure but also it would not be adviseable to wear one if you are only developing

Wearing a bra to bed does not affect the size of your breasts. It also doesn’t make them loose or saggy, all it does is irritate you. Bra’s are supposed to support your breasts, they do not help them grow.

No Nothing Happens But If You Wear A Bra To Bed Different Types Of Bras When You Sleep In Them They Sort Of Re Shape Your Boobs If You Wear quite a tight bra there shape will go a bit more like the bra if you get me because I wear a bra to bed and thats what has happened to me.
