How come when I tried to answer this question it told me I couldn't?

So, I tried to answer a question that I had previously answered with a question to get some clarification. I tried to answer on a thread and it said I didn’t have access and maybe I was trying to change something I didn’t have access too. Was this just a bug? Or are we not allowed to use the threads like that?

It happens. Some words are not allowed for some reason. like l3mmon juic3. If you try to spell it normal it wont let you
