Another question about drug tests

I know these are all over the place, and I’ve read through them.

I’m not asking for advice or tips on how to get THC out of my body, but I know results may vary depending on a person’s build.

So here’s the deal…

I’m 5’8, I weigh between 150lbs and 160lbs. I’m not overweight, but I’m not really skinny either I guess. I don’t exercise regularly, but I don’t have a lot of “downtime” either.

It’s been over 3 years since I last smoked, and on the 21st I smoked a small bowl (3-hitter quitter) which now I wish I hadn’t even bothered. I barely got a high, only lasted for about 20 minutes, and of course now I have a drug test coming up that I didn’t know about previously.

My question isn’t, how can I scam a piss test, but how long would you expect it to stay in my system? I would guess about 2 weeks, but I don’t want to get my head full, show up, and fail the test.

A few ways that have always worked for me.

-Flush out your system with water. A full glass every fifteen minutes. You’ll prob have to pisss a lot though.

-If you can’t get straight Niacin, drink loads of Red Bull (but no more than five a day, ever!) until your next drug test. Red Bull has a high content level of Niacin, and Niacin is the worried potheads best friend :] for more info on how Niacin can help you pass your drug tests, google it. And remember, all smart people use Google first.

  • Don’t toke until your next test is over.

-Don’t drink soda or alcohol, these can interfere with your liver and other important organ’s process of ridding the body of the ganja.

-Eat lots of greens, less junk. (Detoxifying yourself).

DRINK WATER, LOTS OF WATER, NOT COKE OR TEA. BUT WATER, 1-2 GALLONS A DAY BUT STOP ONE DAY BEFORE THE TEST. THE MORNING OF THE TEST DRINK WATER AGAIN, BUT URINATE AT LEAST TWICE BEFORE TEST. EXERCISE EVERY SINGLE DAY SO THAT YOU SWEAT. TAKE VERY DEEP BREATHS TO INCREASE METABOLISM. GOOD LUCK. and don’t do this again. it is not worth being fired/discharged for.
