Anger issue

Thats strange everytime I get angery I cant talk about it I ignore it instead b because I say im better than that,people think that who control their anger are weak,so I want to start shouting could anyone teach me?

Your anger is dormant, and triggered by either mundane or serious issues. When an issue is really serious, and you see it has to be addressed, you really dont have time for angry episodes, but chances are, the things that trigger your anger are trivial. Try to trace back any major events that have had an adverse effect in your life, anything or time that has made you confused or uncomfortable. Then analyze the steps you took after and compare to where you ended up, this will allow you to make a more educated decision on why you are angry, and where you took the wrong turn. if you need to talk further, I am a great listener, hope you feel better, anger is destructive, plain and simple, and VERY VERY ADDICTIVE. Find out why “whatever it is” makes you angry…It’s better to let off the steam than keep it inside…just don’t direct it at someone else… You can scream and shout but the problem doesn’t get solved…so your left with dealing with it…deal with it…ask yourself what is it. and what do you need to do about it…
