American accents/ People living in the UK

yes people from america have accents I think they cool tho!

I dont think there’s one american accent, different parts of the country have different accents…

I think that americans have accents, but it doesn’t annoy me , it’s just like talking to any other person. we have loads of different accents in the UK and most of them annoy me more than the American accent.

Yeah obviously you lot have accents and to be honest, they drive us crazy. Your accent is quite infuriating. Plus, there’s nothing worse than an American person trying to do a British accent!

Yeah Americans Do Have Accents.. But Its More That They Use Different Words For Stuff To The British.. Like ‘’Couch’’ Instead Of Sofa.. My Boyfriend Moved From America About 10 Years Ago And Doesnt Have An Accent Anymore.. But He Uses American Words For Stuff.. Its Cute Though :) x

I find American spelling far more annoying than American accents.

um you brits obviously underestimate how damn annoying it is to listen to some of you yammer but at the same time I like some of your accents so why don’t you try to pull the stick out ya à$$ an be nice?

Off course they have different accents there from half the way around the world. I think its like that anywere- some regional accents can be annoying but they’re also annoyin in the uk! Im not calling anyone just saying some reigions have kinda wierd accents but its the same everywere not just america. I like certain america accents I think they’re cute but I dont like the full on girly girl stupid american accent if you know what I mean!?

I love Americans and their accents, they sound so natural. Just think of those English people you have seen in the media who adopt a “posh” english accent, especially in times past, they sound false and quite ridiculous, and I always want to laugh at them. The American way is the best way.

Wow pretty rude eh? Of course we have different accents, we are from somewhere different. Saying that we are annoying is pretty close minded. Try some tolerance my dear.

I live in the UK. I think americans have cool accents, the best is tennessee =) next to you guys we sound posh, but we’re really not!
