yeah it’s totally normal! and think about it – at least you’re an A-Cup! I know a girl in my grade (grade 9) and she doesn’t even wear a bra. it’s that bad. and she’s about 4”7. so really hun, you’re not bad off :D

I dont think brest size rele matters dose it- contrarty to popular belife there are a lot of guys who like small brests- my self inluded (no im not some creepy petifile- im a 15yo gr11 student) I know many grade eleven girls with A-cup sized brests.
im sure you dont look like a baby…
and like I said above im gr11- and I still catch my self acting immature from time to time- thats nothing unnatural, its just who you are/ your personality… atleast thats what I tell my self, lol.
anyway, best not to think about this stuff, things will change with time…
