Am I healthy?

Am I healthy? Do I need to gain/lose weight. Do I need to gain muscle?

My characteristics

upper body - not built at all (standard) lower body - desiled calfs. Very strong and heavy (20lbs each) I weight 141. I’m at my final growth spuirt at the height of 5’8. I’m very skinny. My body is somewhat in shape of a skinny girls (curved stomach, somewhat have hips , fat thighs, etc). Am I healthy so far my age:16 I’m shorter then most boys at my age but taller then all the 15 or 14 yr olds around.

No your fine for your height that’s a good weight for you so don’t worry. For women upper body is not that important you can always do exercises if you want but you don’t need to.
