AHHH my new ipod chomatic wont turn on
I could hear the clicking sound for a bit then it stoped working the screen in black and I just just got it and im sad so is there like any reset thingy you can do to it??
Make sure the hold switch isn’t on first of all, and that the battery is fully charged.
If that’s not the problem, it may need to be reset.

Perhaps it’s defective. Call the support team, and they can tell you whether or not you need to return it to the store.
