I did the 6 meal/day thing for a while. It did seem to help keep your energy level up while dieting. If dieting makes you feel draggy and lethargic than going to 6 meals/day might help.. Most of the meals are more of the snack variety rather than big productions. Typical meals were a sandwich, some flavored rice cakes and fruit, a cup of miso soup, etc.

I am doing the 6 meals a day thing. a day for me is starting with a fruit parfait, then a cereal or fiber one bar, an apple and boiled eggs, cheese cubes, a wrap that I make at home then a salad. This has been working pretty great for me.

well, its hard to lose weight cause we are all tempted to eat unhealthy things so to eat only 6 small meals is a good thing so this way you can eat a lot but its still healthy, just make sure they ARE small. or else its only increasing your problem. you can start out with eating a salad,or something from nutrisystem, or any type of healthy snack. from there on, do that scedual but make sure(like I said before) that the meals are SMALL!!!

Answer #5

Take and snack on things dont eat full meals

Answer #6

eat nothing , just drink beer

Answer #7

Eat snacks 2 hours before large meals. Try eating things like yogurt and oatmeal. I’m sure your college has a cafeteria with some healthy snacks. If not, get an insulated lunch box to keep your yogurt etc cool.
