Errr… For sure it’s not healthy… And your dentist will be very disappointed in you! xD To be honest, you should be fine if you exercise it all off, eat super healthy, and brush your teeth really well immediately afterwards… But, still. You shouldn’t do that… It’s not the smartest idea–unless you want a stomach ache? xP
