Answer #3

Answer #4

they should go to the gym.

Answer #5

Cool!:)

Answer #6

I think it’s a great idea, start healthy and exercising young.

Answer #7

:) I think so too:) thanks for your reply:)

Answer #8

Yes. I think it’s better to start early so you don’t get IN^ a slump and not want to go when you’re older. I know I wish I went at an earlier age. I would have already achevied the body I want by now…

Answer #9

ONLY if you are over weight or just inactive like a game playin sloth…Overwise you risk doing damage to your still developing body…I reckon….Gym for thinns should be for over 25s i think…Mid 20`s is when i think you are fully developed and then you can do what you want with what you got.

Answer #10

Yes, especially if you’re an athlete.

Answer #11

Sure. Why on earth not. It’s good for you to get some exercise! Lift some weights and make your arms strong. haha :) Tone your legs. lol Certainly yes :) Especially for people that live in apartments or small houses and don’t have much space to do much, it’s a great thing. :]

Answer #12

i thinks its fine. especially if youre an athlete, or you just feel like going. if your not happy with your body then you could go work out and do what pleases you. its completly fine, in my opinion. just dont over do it because it could be dangerous!! =0

Answer #13

I think it’s fine. I go to the gym & theres little kids on the treadmills. My sisters are 10 years old & they go too.

Answer #14

yes i do and im only 13:)

Answer #15

no..

Answer #16

My doctor advised me no to try making too much muscles because then, your height growth kinda slows down but other than that I guess it ok:)

Answer #17

I work in a gym and the age limit is 17. There are a few people come in who are younger but they are training for things (competitions etc) but i don’t think they are as young as 14. I think if you were going to join a gym i would suggest getting a program sorted for someone of your age and speak to an instructor too.

Answer #18

If you want to start exercising, go for it. People that said you should wait a few years because it might stunt growth are total idiots. NOT one real study indicates stunted growth through exercise, but if we’re on that subject then playing sports like football has MORE risk to stunt growth because there is a much higher rate of injuring growth plates through tackles.

Also, fully developed body? You mean the endocrine system? It won’t fully develop until your mid 20s but it would only matter if you were taking performance dr*gs. As for muscle gain, good luck. Women have much lower test levels and to see any real muscle gain, she would need to jump on PH/AAS.

Bottom line, doctors aren’t a good source of knowledge for fitness unless they’re a specialist. Many of them say certain natural ninja are steroids which is false since roids are synthetic. Work out at any age you want. I started at 15 and I’m 19 now. Can’t say I stunted my growth since I’ve been short my whole life.

why not
