I want to put 14bls on because I been strassed out and losst to much wight bluh to skinny iam was 92 now iam 80 and I don’t want to lose no more I eat but it’s simes as if my boddy don’t want to be fat grrr

Eat lots of carbs (pasta, bread, etc.) and do some weight training to add muscle to your body, which weighs more than fat.
