Welcome to Posada Natura, where human transformation meets rainforest conservation in the beautiful country of Costa Rica. We are a retreat center that offers holistic healing with plant medicine retreats, addiction recovery, and integration programs. Our mission is to help people reconnect with nature and conserve the rainforest, all while providing a safe and nurturing space for personal growth and healing.

Posada Natura is operated by Eco Era, a U.S.-based non-profit organization (501c3) dedicated to protecting and stewarding 7,500 acres of primary rainforest adjacent to the retreat center. Together, Eco Era and Posada Natura provide unique opportunities for individuals to heal through reconnection with nature.
