- Professional Fees: Coverage for architects, surveyors, and legal fees (up to 10% of your building’s sum insured) in case of loss or damage.
- Liability Cover: Choice of liability cover ranging from $5 million to $30 million (only certain underwriters).
- Extra Cover for Contents: Additional coverage for contents such as TVs, couches, fridges, dishwashers, or portable air conditioners.
- Flexible Options: Choose between Building & Contents, Building only, or Contents only insurance and add extras like loss of rent and liability.
