Welcome to Hotelier Co, a community-led hospitality investment platform that allows you to invest in boutique hotels and unlock exclusive owner perks. Our network of experts comes from various backgrounds in hotel property ownership, operations, management, and branding. We are dedicated to finding opportunities with local stories worth investing in, growing our collection of unique boutique hotels for our investors to curate and amplify their own portfolios. With over 10 years of industry experience, we bring a fresh perspective to the world of hospitality.

What we Do

At Hotelier Co, we use our commercial relationships and sector know-how to develop sound strategies for ownership, operations, procurement, marketing, and technology. Our goal is to ensure that every hotel in our collection operates to its full potential. We offer an easy-to-use dashboard for monitoring your investments, following development progress, and tracking capital growth and dividend payments. As each hotel goes live, owners can unlock exclusive perks and redeem special offers every time they drink, dine, or stay at one of our boutique properties.

Currently, we have two exciting projects in the pipeline - The Waxhaw, a 31-room boutique hotel in North Carolina with an onsite restaurant and rooftop bar, and The Railroader Hotel, a railroad-themed boutique hotel coming soon to Clifton Forge, Virginia. These developments represent a new wave of thinking in the hospitality industry and provide a unique investment opportunity for those looking to get involved in the start-up space.

Investing with Hotelier Co gives you the opportunity to gain ownership in our fund-management company and in each of our boutique hotels. We own a portion of every hotel in our collection and are responsible for developing, managing, and facilitating their creation. Your investment covers all of these aspects, and the more successful we make each hotel as a community, the better your investment in Hotelier Co performs. While currently only accredited investors can participate in direct investments in each hotel, we are working towards opening this opportunity to all investors by mid-2023.

Our current offering on Wefunder allows investments starting from $500, with plans to lower the minimum investment to $100 in the future. We welcome investors from around the world, with a few exceptions based on specific country regulations.
