What we Do

By optimizing gas conditioning, fuel conversion, and integrating pre or post-combustion carbon capture technologies, we are able to enhance the quality and calorie content of steel plant waste gases. This results in the production of low carbon energy carriers such as syngas, while simultaneously maximizing CO2 capture at competitive costs.

One of our key focus areas is H2-based iron & steelmaking. By leveraging the clean combustion characteristics and favorable properties of hydrogen, we aim to significantly reduce CO2 emissions in the iron making process. Our team develops customized process models to simulate the behavior of iron ore reduction using H2 during the Direct Reduction Iron (DRI) making process. Additionally, we work closely with clients to develop sustainable and cost-effective H2 sourcing strategies, ranging from gasification of coal and biomass to waste gas utilization, all in conjunction with Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) technologies.
