He is the son of a general contractor and before becoming a licensed real estate agent he co-owned a metal-frame home manufacturer and was a sales manager of a manufactured-home distributor. His knowledge of the entire home design, construction, and sales process runs deep. Van likes to spend time with his family as much as possible, and he races go-karts for fun.
