violating any youtube terms of service if I leave them up?

I have posted videos on youtube of myself and others which were posted over a year ago and consented by the other party. Now he is mad at me and demands that I remove them. Am I violating any youtube terms of service if I leave them up?

Depends on their policies, and it also depends on who’s in the video — If YOU’RE in it, then the argument for taking them off (to me) kind of goes away because now you can say it’s a video you are in, so it’s your right to post it or not…

You didnt say what kind of video it was about — that’s another consideration…

They could complain to youtube, and then youtube could ask you to remove it too…

Don’t know what the videos are about, but if it goes that far, is it worth it?

HE can’t make you take em off, but youtube “could” because of him…

Answer #2

I don’t think so, no…

But you can always check up their policy and rules thing in the website.
