You tube invalid

I just got a you tube account . The email said to confirm my email address. When I click the link it’ll take me to the sign in screen. When I sign in it says invalid perimeters. Am I doing something wrong? What should I do?

I did check my in box but when I log on it still says invalid perimeters. I read the email and everything. Even changed my password. Will I ever be able to log on?

It means they sent you and e-mail and you need to confirm it before you sign it. To confirm it check your inbox, and if not its problem in your junk/spam folder.
