Dude, I live in Pennsylvania too. There are no ‘clubs’ that you can get into WORTH getting into at 16, and chances are, you aren’t driving yet.

But anyways, yes, it is. You won’t get any real privacy, and you’ll hardly be able to really talk or hear each other for that matter.
