How do I lose weight in my mid section and tone up back fat?

My friend kept getting them she found out she has a std, make sure you get checked.

I don’t wear only panties with cotton lining,I go comando at night,I take really good care of myself,but I get them them maybe ever 2 months.right because my period,and there gone really soon after I get them but right before my period I usually get one

if you keep getting them then theres obviously a problem maybe with your diet your body/ immune system your sugar levels who you have sex with how you take care of it, ect if your immune system is strong enough then yes, it can battle the yest infection and in a week (give or take) it will have fought it off but if you continually get them then its really a good idea to see a doctor or a gynacologist and ask them about why it would be comming back, and what some other quicker options are for getting rid of it
