Lol I actilly read a book on it .. When your in the womb you start growing boobs before your gender is decided so when the guy gene shows up you stop growing boobs and just have nipples lol

Every embryo is defaulted as a girl, so the nipples develop, then after so many weeks you start to grow everything you need to be a man.
