What's wrong with my iPod?

ok I got dis ipod nano for ma b-day rite. it has worked for about a good 5 months and now it doesnt work. I put music on it but when I try to listen to it it says that there is no music on it but the memory is full. wut wrong wit my iPod?

Did you try restoring it to factory settings from itunes? Whenever you get something stuck or like that you should always go for pressing the middle button for a while if not then just restore it from itunes.
