First of all I disagree w/sikashimmer. Breakfast is not that important. I only eat 2 meals a day. Haven’t eaten breakfast for 15 years. And I don’t drink water, especially the kind that comes in plastic bottles. That water is not good for you, the plastic leechs off into the water making it unsafe to drink. I also don’t drink water of anykind, bottle or faucet! I get my natural water from my organic fruits/vegetables. And you don’t eat your meals at certain times–like lunch at 12 Pm and dinner at 5 or 6. Eat only when you are hungry, Try to eat as close to God’s food as you can (Raw) otherwise you are putting empty calories in your body that makes you crave more of the wrong kinds of food. And above all try walking. That is the best way to lose weight, also riding a bicycle helps you to lose wieght. And you need to clean out your mouth. Such “Filty” language for a young girl!

first of all I highly recommend the book “The Abs Diet for Women” and the Women’s Health Magazine as a supplement.

Here are some general tips that may help you that I use:

  1. Weigh in daily. - You’re less likely to let yourself slide if you are always checking your weight.

  2. Eat more often. - Sounds strange but it’s true. Eat smaller meals and eat more often. Take 3 large meals and bump it into 6 smaller meals, eating about every two hours. This way your body won’t store extra fat in preparation for starvation.

  3. Eat breakfast. Your chances of packing on the pounds increase by almost 50% if you don’t eat breakfast. It’s vital.

  4. Drink a full glass of water before eating. This will fill you up more so you’re less likely to over eat. Plus the water is very beneficial to you. It will also flush out your system and prevent bloating.

  5. Avoid sugars. I know it’s hard TRUST ME I know. But next time you’re at the checkout and reach for a candy bar - STOP and take the few extra steps to grab some fruit over in the produce section. Also opt for sugar free products and diet soda etc.

  6. Always check the Nutrition label. You should always pay attention to Calories, Serving size, SUGARS and Trans fat.

  7. Leave something on your plate. Even if it’s a few bites. thats a few less calories.

  8. Always take the hard way. Park in the furthest parking space. Take the stairs. Walk Downtown etc. By just changing your routine slightly can really help.

If your rapid weight continues please see a doctor. You could have a condition that needs treatment.

I think the foul language comes from just being 13- A lot of anger. Don’t look at your parents to “Blame” for your weight gain. It’s not their fault. Take control of your own life and actions from now on. Make the right decisions to make yourself healthier and happier.
Your parents adore you, I am sure- Stop blaming…I am certain your parents don’t force you to eat poorly. Weight loss takes time- you’ll get it, be positive, and best of luck- just don’t ever starve yourself- and do see a doctor just to be safe.

Answer #5

First of all you need to controll your portion size and the number of times you consume food daily. You need to put your self on a healthy diet with the aid of regular exercise. You cannot deprive your self of certain vitamins and minerals because they are vital for growth and development.

Depriving your self of cerain foods you would normally eat will only make you crave for them.

On the other hand you need to go and get your self checked out as soon as possible to identify why you are gaining weight so quickly.
