How am I gonna write down songs if I cant write down what I feel???

I love to write stories which is kinda like song writing in a way. What I do is hangout with friends, whach the rain , do something youve never done before , or even just imagine what you wish it could be. Then you pretend your with someone and tell them how you feel, what you did that day, but even say what part of your body feels like your free or closed in. make sure you aggsagerate and feel what your saying. then write down what you said.
