These are the ranks:

Initiate, Member, Veteran, Officer, Leader

You’re the leader…so Officer would be the highest…

I have not personaly started a guild myself but I have read about it. there is a way if you are the guild master to change the number of ranks in your guild, each of there priviges and the names of each rank.
