You should be able to ring them up, or do you know anyone who works in those places? I think it depends on the insurance laws or sumit like that :)

15 is the legal age, but some places will hire as young as 14.

Well here where I live, every time I ask how old you have to be, they tell me 16. But I guess it’s different in Canada…I would go with what Colleen said, seeing as she is from Canada.

Most fast food places in Canada hire people at 15 and sometimes 14 if you are lucky and for clothing stores you usually have to be 16.

I’m really not sure. My sister started working at Tim Hortons when she was 16, but the manager said she was too young at that time. I guess 17?

i always thought it was 16, or so… but for a real resturant, you have to be 18 to be a bus-boy
