Does anyone know how to work a Pandigital eReader?

I have tried to get online and it keeps saying that there is no connection even though when i click connect it says wifi is on!?

Is your wifi password protected? If so, did yo enter the password? There should be a “settings” link to edit that kind of thing.

I went to settings>network>wifi connection. then clicked connect to my wifi, which is unprotected and had a full signal. It said “wifi is on” and showed that i was connected, Then i went to web browser and it said the connection was lost and the page would finish loading as soon as it was restored… waited for almost an hour and nothing happened.
