Why won't sims 2 load anymore?

Ok, I have installed sims 2, but I tried to install sims 2 nightlife, and pets but it won’t even come up with the box you put the numbers and letters in. I have installed it on 2 different computers before so whats the problem?!

Well what kind of console/computer are you using? What operating system do you now have?

same problem.. mine is a 64-bit OS and im using HP IQ524..
