Why do you think women cannot compete with men in competitive market when you see so many women in top now?

Women still dont get paid quite as much as men or get higher ranking jobs as often. Sexism if the office place is improving and is greatly lowered now compared to what it used to be, but sadly we still have a ways to go. A black man has a better chance of getting paid more or getting a better job than a female of any color. If you look back at history though, african americans recieved their rights before women did, so its not makes since that women are still struggling when you look at the order of history. Its constantly changing and getting better though.

I am not into racism as i don’t want to comment on that subject.But frankly speaking women around the world are coming up and they have to be encouraged well enough.Things have also started changing to better now
