Will my order be shipped to Canada?

On the mailing site, I put my address and everything and I put Canada, dont worry. It showed me my shipping address and all that, which was all correct. Afterwards it told me to chose which type of shipping id want to use, so I clicked USPS First Class Mail International.

Will my order be shipped to Canada? Because I looked up USPS and it said this, USPS (an independent federal agency that provides mail processing and delivery service for individuals and businesses in the United States).

So will it be shipped here, or in the U.S? Im confused. They did have a Canadian Economy shipping button to choose, but it costs $30 so I decided on the usps because it was only like 5$. ( never knew what USPS meant.) IT IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. HELP
