With moderate exercise, you should do well but once you reach your target/healthy weight, the diet won’t be necessary…Good luck !!

5 lbs. After the first week your metabolism slows down and you won’t lose any weight. And when you start eating like a normal person, you will gain that 5 lbs back - and maybe some more.

The only way to lose weight is by exercising. Period. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables as opposed to smoothies.

Terrible idea… I suggest drinking lots of milk. It’s high in protein and I’ve personally lost a lot of weight drinking it. Your body needs protein to develop muscle. Muscle takes up like 18% less space than fat, and on top of that it burns fat. So if you are going to get anywhere you are going to have to exercise, and diet. I think that 1200-1500 calories should be fine though. Just make sure to get protein and exercise. Chicken is also a great source of low fat high protein food. As for milk. I drink a lot of 2% I’ve been losing like a pound a every two days or so just eating cereal and occasionally fish with moderate exercise. Sit-ups and power walking/DDR mostly.

Another bit of advice is to eat smaller meals more frequently. It speeds up your metabolism.

Answer #4

When you stop eating normal amounts of food your body feeds off of water and you may acually gain weight.
