Will going back blonde kill my hair?

So, ive been blonde all my life up untill last october, i got bored with my hair and decided to go darker..well, i got tired of that too, so i started to get lots of highlights every now and then to slowly go back to blonde. Last summer i also got a perm, so i have lots of bleach and perm chemicals in my hair right now, im really wanting my blonde hair back, but i dont know if dying it will just completely destroy it? Cause i have pretty thin hair as it is.. Does anyone have any advice? should i just continue to do highlights?

I am a blonde..and I go to black, or brown every year and then I start all over and work my way back to blonde. I never go straight back to blonde. I work it in every six weeks. If your hair is thin already then your most likely going to loose alot of hair by going straight back.

Also my hair gets really damaged from straightening and bleaching all the time, so I suggest Matrix Sleek Look Shampoo and Conditioner (in the orange bottle).. it has helped my hair handle bleach so many times.. good luck!
